haha. im finally gonna update cuz i dont like my last post as the first post on my xanga... its something you guys cant even see cuz i donno how to set up that youtube thing to make it public. ANYWAYYY... summer is slowly coming to an end... its been a long, exciting, memorable, tiring, challenging, emotional, and overall GREAT summer:D the remainder of college works painting:/, going to china for thanksgiving studios, doing summer camp even though i totally wasnt expecting to do it, jr high retreat, moving out of my old apt and then moving into the new one by school:D (YAY!), blah blah blah... i guess one word to describe it all is INTENSE. im really thankful that i got to be apart of so many things this summer, but i think one thing that im constantly learning is no matter how many seasons or situations i may encounter... my encounter with God MUST always stay constant... as in GROWING and not just THERE. God showed me people that a lotta people dont realize how broken they are (which is a GOOD THING cuz we wanna be broken before God cuz we arent perfect) because theyre NUMB. I realized that cuz i was telling God to break me cuz i feel a bit comfortable now that things are subsiding and i have more time... as i began listing out what was pretty good in my life... i realize those things arent even "pretty good"... they need to be worked on, labored for... like my family. yah. cuz i know that we still have so much to work on. dude. i donno why im getting all open on xanga. haha... this is weird... well, i hope it helps someone. here are some photosss!!!:D BEACH BAPTISM  yayyyy alannnnnn!

ITS MY LAST YEAR!!! IM A SENIOR! i still remember when i was a senior in high school! man, i still remember when i was a second grader in Mrs. Earnest's class:D and before her was Mrs. Fulton who sent me to ESL before she even spoke to me cuz i was the only other chinese girl (the other girl is WING) in the whole 1st grade class of Miller Elementary School (in TX)... i always wondered... how come grace and hannah didnt have to go on a bus to ESL class when we were all three in the same school??? these things ALWAYS happen to first borns i tell ya!
